Our coffees are roasted right in the store to ensure optimal freshness from the first cup to the last.

| Light roast | A light roast preserves all the flavour of the beans. This is an excellent choice for people who prefer a supple, delicate and mild coffee. |
| Medium roast | Medium roast beans produce an aromatic, rich and velvety coffee with no aftertaste. This roast is excellent for espresso. |
| Half black | This roast, between the brown of a medium roast and the black of a black roast, produces full-bodied, bittersweet coffee. You’re sure to love its well balanced taste. |
| Black roast | Black roasted beans produce a strong coffee full of rich, intense flavours. Contrary to popular belief, black roast coffees actually contain less caffeine than lighter roasts. |
